Our story began at our dining room table

Fan Tang Cafe was created by two foodie architects who are passionate about fresh, handcrafted, high quality food. Chef / Owners, Sheng and Ling have a zealous love of spicy stir fry along with two picky kids, who are self claimed Michelin star inspectors.

Our unique concept offers northwest inspired Hunan style dishes for the whole family. We are proud to share a menu full of generational family recipes and traditions.

Our new Kirkland location is open Tuesday-Saturday for dine in and takeout.

We will soon be adding delivery.
